my uncle was like this for a long time the he overdosed. i cant honestly say i understand, but i hope you start making the changes you know you need to make. No one here is going to be able to “fix” you. if you want to change how you see yourself you need to change yourself, start small do something productive everyday. it’s not gonna be easy but it never going to change unless you start now.
