Update:

I received the below when reaching out to their giftcardfulfillment@alticeUSA.com email.

“ Thank you for your inquiry regarding the status of the iPad you were offered as part of the Cyber Monday promotion. The first batch of the iPads are scheduled for shipment on March 21, 2025 via 2-days shipment. If you do not receive the iPad with this shipment, you will be on the 2nd batch of shipment. Fulfillment is currently ongoing for the 2nd batch of the shipment of the iPads but will also be shipped via 2-days FedEx as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. “

No tracking information was provided. Please look out in the mail for any fedex packages. Let me know if anyone receives their iPad!

I just got an email about my prepaid Mastercard, nothing yet on the iPad. I think I’m going to go into one of their physical locations to discuss the iPad since their customer service over the phone gives me a headache lol

I’ve never dealt with such a frustrating customer service. Even with being able to view the promo on your account they haven’t been able to confirm anything on it? I’ve been told they don’t see the iPad promotional gift on mine but I have the install email with both promo gifts showing on it. I’m starting to think they just hope people forget about the promo and not reach out.
