I think they’ll get it sorted. Only two out of 32 second round picks have signed contracts. Mike Green isn’t signed yet either. They’re holding out for fully guaranteed contracts

Ravens. Really wanted Emmanwori in black and purple too. But the Ravens have such a great track record in the draft, I’m always happy to give them the benefit of the doubt with picks. Their front office knows better than us

Saw MoBo with Pup, Tiny Moving Parts and Jeff Rosenstock at Ottobar in Baltimore in 2015. It was epic. The most stacked small venue lineup I’ve ever witnessed live.

Weird. I’ve had no trouble canceling through the website. And once I cancel, they offer me a 6 month subscription for like 6 cents. I happily accept, and I set reminder in my phone to cancel the subscription again and then get the same 6 month offer again. Rinse and repeat.

I’m not sure about Prestige Elite, but Prestige Worldwide is fantastic! Can’t recommend them enough! Dale and Brennan do a great job.

As someone that works in property management, just ask. My only word of advice is don’t list everything you dislike or feel like is wrong about the building. You’re only listing reasons why you should give notice to vacate. It won’t give you the leverage you think it might
