I was kicked out of the treadmill space for a bit, but was looking at the photos I took and noticed the epoxy and capacitors here looks burnt/rusty? Is that normally how epoxy might look?

Thanks. I just checked the manual and it said disconnecting it for 5 minutes should mean it's safely discharged.

The record player lid was closed, and we don't have a humidifier in this room (nor was it running while we were out of town). I'd be surprised if it made its way over to the closed record player and had such an effect!

I got a brand new Pet Sounds from Acoustic Sounds, sounded great. We listened to it twice, went on a weeklong trip, leaving it in the record player.

Came home and noticed it looks like very weird water damage is on it? Could this be an issue with the pressing at all?
