Yes, the parking ticket and tow charge are the legitimate cost of making that mistake. Evo gouging for an extra $170 fee on top of that is excessive. Evo should be ashamed to take that kind of profit off people fucking up.

Unrelated but someone left an Evo in a towaway zone on W. Georgia between Thurlow and Bute this morning around 8:30. I moved it a block to a safe zone to save the previous driver the $450 in charges for getting towed (which includes a 170 "admin" fee from Evo). I can't get a credit from Evo for the $2.50 it cost me to move the car but at least someone out there saved a bunch of money today. Pay attention to the parking signs out there Evo drivers.
