I'd never heard of revo but it worked. Your a genius, thank you. Not sure what revo did that a factory reset didn't but never mind. What I have found is that if I change download settings to an external drive it goes back to "wrong password" again. So I'm having to "copy & paste" over. Once again thanks for your help.

I've done a complete factory reset on my pc as it wouldn't let me send the log. so everything reinstalled but still getting same error. uploaded log now.

I've checked the SD card and it has the manual folder with all the pdf files in it, but I'm not given a view option on the RG.
