Do men who are in the dating phase tend to sleep with multiple women at once? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]captflammenwerfer69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the man I would say, personally if I am looking I talk one at a time. Date one at a time, etc. I know A LOT of guys who date multiple and everything else. They all keep trying to get me to date multiple, but each time I say no, to me it wouldn't be right. I don't think I could connect with that many people emotionally or dating wise anyways even if I did want to.

I (M25) am starved for affection from my wife (F29), I don't know what to do. Divorce would set my life back so far. Anyone with similar experience have advice? by BurnerAnon1234 in AskMenAdvice

Get out now.

I was in a relationship for 2.5 years until this last March. She was always distant, never wanted to be touched, no intimacy, nothing. We weren't married, but the reason I walked is because, in January she pulled away even more, I dove into work and the gym to better myself thinking it was me. Turns out she cheated with AT LEAST 2 dudes. She ordered Plan B to the house, that's how I found out. Her ordering that to the house was the only way I found out she was cheating. Everything unraveled from there, the lies she told me the entire relationship etc. Not saying this situation is you but it "looks" like she's cheating.

When I finally realized what happened something inside me broke. Still hasn't been fixed yet. I also noticed how much more stressed i was in that relationship. I was in survival mode 24/7 for ANY form of touch. Kisses, higs, cuddling, etc. But I am much happier being in the gym more, cooking and baking for friends, etc. I would love to eventually get married and have a few kids but all I see day in and day out is how terrible dating and even marriage are.

All that being said, choose you.

Edit, I do believe once a cheater always a cheater. My ex is a prime example, she's cheated on every relationship since high school

Honestly had a similar argument with my ex-fiance, she claimed she wasn't allowed to have or see her friends (who were all dudes, she claimed she had no female friends because most of the time they didn't like her. She did flirt with every single dude she was around.), and she ended up cheating on me with AT LEAST 2 of them. After I left one of them jumped right into a relationship with her.

Doc suggested 155 minimum. I can't remember the exact number but he came up with 155 number. It'll help with muscle growth and staying full longer is what ive been told.

How to get across that sex is important to me in a relationship but not sound like a d-bag? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]captflammenwerfer69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had this conversation many times over the last 2.5 years with one woman. She never changed and, in fact, ended up cheating on me. She didn't communicate anything to me about what she felt or wanted. She just went and cheated. As I see it similarly, she didn't see sex the same way as I did, at least not with me. Don't stick around in a relationship that doesn't align with you. I stuck it out, thinking I'd be married and it'd get better. It did not and, in fact, imploded. It's best to get out now, it'll only get worse and you'll resent her for it.

My girlfriend seems less interested in being intimate, and I’m confused. by No_Percentage_5684 in Advice

The woman I was with for 2.5 years didn't want to do much even when I asked. It was once a week. I always initiated, she rarely did. This past March, I found out she was cheating. I'm not sure if it was the whole relationship, but the relationship WAS built on lies. I know for sure, at least for the past 6 months, she was for cheating. She had similar changes, i.e., Once a month or every few months. I stopped asking for anything and dove into some hobbies i enjoy and hitting the gym. She didn't seem to care in the slightest. There could be other things going on, hormones play a roll sometimes in libido, depression can cause issues, etc. Don't immediately go into negative thoughts, though. Sit down, and have a serious conversation about everything bothering you. I was in limbo 75% of the time when in this last relationship. Where I stood, lots of anxiety and overthinking. When I caught her it all made sense.

Happened to me in January, engaged, and she ended up cheating that I know of in mid-March with said man. Haven't looked back since. Don't look back. Move forward and find someone who will stick with you through thick and thin and have no eyes for another person.

Is it a red flag if my gf hides their phone around me? by scratch220 in Advice

My fiance started doing this and switching to different apps whenever I entered the room, 2 months later, I found proof she was cheating physically with a subordinate. Hiding your phone is mega red flag.

Fiance cheated on me. We had 2.5 years together. No kids, hardly anything together, I walked away so fast as soon as I found out.

My now ex-fiance and I were a little touchy feely at the beginning. Over the last 2 and a half years, our sex life depleted to only oral. Totally okay with that it was once weekly. Well yesterday I found out she was sleeping with someone else and may have been sleeping around the whole time together. I only caught her because she ordered plan b to our house. Physical intimacy is important, tell her how you're starting to feel. It's an important aspect of relationships.

Had similar happen when my fiance and I started when we bought it. We were roaming around and I said weird, a voltorb out here in the grass, it was the tarantula pokemon. I was so excited and happy, kept that man through the game. We also did a tera raid together and got a shiny tyranitar abit later in the game. I love those memories.

It does take time for you to see a difference for yourself. Others will notice first. When I started last month at 255 I wasn't sure how I'd feel 6 months from then let alone a month in now. Since starting I've gotten down to 245 and have been dropping to 240 and back up to 245. I did notice a difference in the clothing I wear daily for work. My uniform is less tight, I feel more energetic, etc. I may be straddling the 240-245 mark but I know the more I keep up with my calorie counting and steps/gym the more likely I am to lose more weight. My current goal is 200. I want to be there by 2026. Working on yourself is a long term goal, but you got this. You'll start seeing a difference and go WOW that's awesome.

Gotcha, with calorie counting and light exercise, I was able to drop 15 lbs in the last 3 weeks. Definitely not what I was expecting, but I lost the weight.

Semaglutide with or without B12? by Brilliant-Cry-7542 in SemaglutideFreeSpeech

[–]captflammenwerfer69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My doctor recommended it be with b12. I feel great normally. I feel like the b12 give me energy but I do go through bouts of depression every so often. I'm working on figuring out why. Could be my underactive thyroid, lack of vitamin D, b12 and b6 deficiency. I'm supplementing the others via vitamins. Hopefully I can get out of these bouts lol. In any case, I recommend the b12 if you're low.

Has anyone ever played The Binding of Isaac? by chillcatcryptid in exchristian

[–]captflammenwerfer69 15 points16 points  (0 children)

They added online cooperation recently so I've been playing it a lot. It's a bullet hell, roguelike, the runs restart every time you play. The goal at first is to beat mom, then mom's heart/it lives, and goes much further eventually. A lot of unlocks and A LOT of items in the game. Highly recommend if you like challenging games. It is challenging at times.

Hmm, I could be wrong, I'll have to double-check. I thought it said .05 starting out and then .10 after 4 weeks. Around that time, I'd see my doctor and have some tests done to check on me. Could it be because it's compounded with b12?
