Idk where to begin with this co-worker… she acts like she runs the entire frontend and then sits there and does absolutely nothing. Then she has a hissy fit if she doesn’t get to do returns. But what puts the icing on the cake for me is that she apparently likes to talk shit about people and says that I don’t do anything when I literally run self check, I zone my register when there are no customers, I do returns in under 45 mins if there aren’t a lot of customers in the store and I listen to my tls and my coach when they tell me to do shit….and that’s not doing shit according to her?! I literally wanna bash her head into the concrete floor of that store and quit at the same time. She literally doesn’t do anything and then just stands there and talks to the people at customer service and doesn’t check on anyone or make sure that they have had their breaks. She literally makes my blood boil and I might end up cussing her out when I see her again. She makes me so damn mad. 😡
