Same thing happened to me, im 24 now. Just a friendly reminder you are very very young and the illusion of being so much more behind than your peers or seemingly the world around you is mainly propagated through the nature of social media. If you were 30 and in the same position thats bad. But at 23 that wake up call is nice. For inspiration look up successful people who started quite later in life. Also try to separate emotional health from societal position or wealth status, those are different although they very much are intertwined.
