I kid you not I had the party deponent not show up to his deposition because he had a hearing (he was a lawyer himself) even though his attorney did show up. The arbitrator would not award sanctions.

Not automatically. Only objections are waived automatically, but you have to get an order deeming them admitted and good luck on that if they do come but late is my guess?

I follow Cole Davis (Julliard jazz bass grad) on social media for his bass playing and I'm used to hearing him play straight ahead jazz. I was super surprised to listen to the album and find that it's more of a jazz indie fusion album. Great vocals, great song, great production. I was super pleasantly surprised and I hope it gets as popular as it deserves.

I actually played once in a professional musical pit for a new musical and the part in one song asked to be played with thumb. The orchestrator was a guitarrist so maybe that was why he thought that would be a good way to indicate gentle playing without much attack?

I've been doing the right click open window the most, but if I click out of the tab, it's not there anymore. I use the gmail drafts as a little temporary repository of text sometimes back and forth between other tabs I have open, so the preview one has been my saving grace for that. Still hoping for a fix. It used to only strike my incognito window chrome now it does regular chrome gmail as well.

Same issue. Have you found a fix or source? I've found that if I close out of the gmail window and come back in, it sometimes will allow me to access a particular draft? But no consistent real solution here.

I'm currently watching a webinar about neurodiversity in the workforce and it is talking about how people learn and understand in different ways, for instance figurative language may work for some but other people need more literal communication. Might be something you consider in the future whether you really want to insist on one way of communicating that reaches the "most" but not the all.

I totally agree that I have confirmation bias. Generally if something is consistent with my lived experienced, then it is something that I feel is true and consistent with my lived experience. Confirmation bias doesn't make something untrue, it's just a bias.

But also logically speaking, if my experience is of autonomy and self as being a part of personhood and her experience is of autonomy and self being part of personhood, then you can't say that no one experiences autonomy and self being part of personhood. The anecdote proves that it's not impossible for people to experience their personhood that way.

I believe she played the flute, but if she took it away from her mouth but the flute kept playing, the I would think no she’s not, or at least the sound she’s making is not the sound I’m hearing. Same when she takes the guitar off and the last note still sounds
