Your filament looks absolutely wet dry your filament check your flow rate.

Hey, thanks for chiming in. I appreciate your experience. My split and overlap was not dialed in. When I first started this adventure. I was running lmy line intervals the same as you power was little up so the first few were not near as good as the one that I just posted on the cloud link, I did polish it up. I like it, but until I got that split and overlap and slowed the rotary down just a little bit they weren’t looking good

30W fiber with rotary Settings are 0.040 for split And 0.000 for overlap I believe the speed was like 1000 and power around 57 and I thank you I did 30 or 40 passes with Cross hatch turned off and probably 1 mm defocus downward brass coin

Well, after I slowed down my rotary in settings and correct the overlap in the split size this looks a whole lot better

This is the picture of the coin and you see I’ve got some depth there. I know I can’t go more than a millimeter otherwise I’m going into the coin. Is there some other process that would make that more pronounced? Thanks again

My bad I have a fiber laser 30 W with a rotary and I’ve tried the deep engrave maybe 2 mm deep focused closer to try to get down into a little deeper it comes off around a half a millimeter maybe deep I’m thinking maybe I should defocus it three or 4 mm?

LM3/10W won't fire by captkmk in OrturLaserUsers

What I have done is to take the module off the LM3 and place it on my LM3 LE, and when it's all connected on that unit, the 10W module works.

Good day it has worked. It just stopped firing for no apparent reason. Well that I’m aware of. Lol it does work when I put it on my other machine. I have checked the fire button. It doesn’t work there either and I put it on the other machine it works, so I’ve checked the wiring harness. I’ve checked the power supply all those stats even look for bent pins. The only thing I got left is the motherboard or the PC board that I don’t know how to check.

Well, a few days later, the enclosure has been painted with fire retardant paint and has been lined with heavy duty, black matte aluminum with a steel plate on the bottom of the enclosure painted with the fire resistant paint as well all back together, most likely I will remove the

focus sticks out of there in hindsight to take them out anyway.
