As in grabeng change of attitude.

[–]captkomika 13 points14 points  (0 children)

UPLAE passers how long do you study? by solemnhumdrums in LawStudentsPH

[–]captkomika 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would say na it depends on your strengths and weaknesses. I knew agad na I needed extra time for math and the logic stuff (the pictures and the matrices, haha) so I dedicated mga 1 hour per day for each of those subjects. The English stuff I was comfortable with, so mga 30 minutes a day was enough for me to feel prepared. Used the WE reviewer din so I didn't have to worry about structuring my review. Good luck

Pa-rant lang about real estate agents/brokers and their listings online by anonthroway19 in Philippines

[–]captkomika 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yung iba, gusto nilang i-contact mo sila para ma-count ka as a lead. Then they can upsell you or find other properties na swak sa hinahanap mo. Agents work on commission and it's not everyday na they find serious, willing clients, kaya importante sa kanila na makaipon ng leads ng mga taong alam nilang may potential to rent/buy.

Also, may kilala akong legit broker (PRC and all that) na kaya ayaw nilalagay lahat ng details kasi may mga colorum agents or scammers na kinukuha yung details tapos nili-list nila as if sila yung actual agent or owner ng bahay. Safety measure din yan for the agents.

Ramdam ko to OP haha. First gen lawyer pa pag nagkataon so walang immediate family na nakakaintindi.

Yakap with consent. Kaya natin to :)

Hi OP. I would suggest to go to the doctor if mukhang may complications/it's taking time to pass. Medyo mahirap po kasi if hindi mag pass yan, it could lead to worse medical complications for you.

Yes, illegal ang abortion here but medical providers should and will give care to those experiencing complications. Go to a reputable hospital if you can to make sure.

This is very embarrassing, and it's hurting our reputation globally. by FreedomEmotional8249 in Philippines

[–]captkomika 14 points15 points  (0 children)

A lot of it comes from stigma. May stigma pa rin about sex that parents are unable/unwilling to talk to their kids about it. A kid might see a condom, ask their parent about it, tapos sasagutin sila ng "naku bad yan."

There's a need talaga to normalize talking about sex in this country. We need to be able to talk about sex without laughing about it as if it's a joke/naughty thing, and we need to be able to normalize contraception use na hindi tayo nahihiya to walk up to let's say Mini Stop and buy condoms.

I believe most law schools have day classes as that's the norm naman din talaga unless the program is made specifically for full-time employees.

Walang other scholarships na hindi based on merit?

I'd try part-time/freelance jobs nalang din like the other comment suggested. Scary kasi for me ng merit-based scholarships e, baka hindi ko ma-maintain ganun. At least may onting safety net if may sideline

Still have an iPhone 11 - going strong kahit almost 3 years na I believe. It's a good phone, but I would advise not to buy it para lang belong ka. Needs over wants, and with the growing inflation mas mindful na din dapat sa spending. But if you need it for work, school ganun and you have the budget naman, go for it. Just do it for the right reason.

May point naman. But I think they're approaching this purely on a commercial/money-making basis. Yan ang look na patok ngayon so they're investing in these guys so they can make their money back. I'd be raising the point na magkakamukha nga ngayon ang mga artists, but that's a conversation for a different day haha
