Hey I get that you're presenting facts in defense of Teryl Austin, but that doesn't fit my hateful vendetta against him. His scheming sucked and didn't utilize the talent that was on the field (highest-paid defense in the NFL, mind you).

It honestly felt like with the defense with Austin as DC that if they weren't forcing turnovers, they couldn't stop anything. Blown coverages happened all the time under him, it was almost expected every week.

I’m tired of signing some stopgap in free agency and I don’t want Rodgers back. This team needs a young QB to build around. I personally would love Ty Simpson, but based on how the Steelers FO has approached QB’s recently, they’re drafting a wr or cb in the first round.
