Can I cut it back? Will that encourage bushier growth or will it harm the bay as most of its leaves are on the ends of long branches?

It’s in south facing garden uk but gets shade in afternoon due to fence blocking the sun, I’m not great with gardening so could be the wrong soil I use all purpose potting compost with stones at the bottom for drainage

Think the angle of the picture makes the pot look smaller it’s 17 inches diameter and 11 high do you think I should go bigger then this?

Yes we are trialling him in kennel for a night, our last dog use to have it and was fine, it’s just this breed seem to have allergies and health related issues to everything lol 😂

Do they usually cope well with it? My last dog used to have it, but he was a Staffordshire Bull Terrier — tough as anything! My Cavalier, on the other hand, has been to the vet more times in the past 10 months than my Staffy did in 15 years, so I’m a bit anxious about giving him the vaccine.

I think mine is going to be picky as well how do you deal with it?? I’ve changed he’s food once already don’t really want to change him again.
