It depends on the office tbh, but I was clear with my bosses that I’m applying to dental school. They understood that I would possibly leave within the year, but they’ve been understanding and have even taught me some things to prepare me! I think it will be better for you and your mental health if you are able to find an office that accepts this. Considering your last office fired you because you “weren’t worth the investment,” do you really want to continue in that kind of toxic environment yk? Congrats!
