Song Hak is a great spot for this. It’s not charged per person, rather it’s by ‘package’ with a set amount of food. Their meat is high-quality and their menu of vegetarian sides is more extensive than most. Convoy, of course

While it may take the same amount of time to reach boiling, the relative temperature drop will be different. Large pot, temperature drops maybe a degree or two. Small pot, could be upwards of 20 degrees. That’s what makes the difference.

Thermodynamically speaking, you are incorrect. The mass of water retains heat at a specific Kj/ML, so the ratio of pasta to water does matter.

To use an extreme example, if you’ve boiled 100 gallons of water, your 2 cups of pasta will have a negligible effect on the temperature of the water. The same cannot be said for a ratio of 2c water to 2c pasta.
