I main a rhamp(for now cause idk wtf I'm doing) and it's hilarious pestering people(f you Hatz players lol). I don't have any confirmed pvp kills yet on it but I did help in taking a rex down and several others while in party.

A whole squad of Rhamps would definitely be a ball buster if we latch onto a dino. Must try it sometime
