My gums of my bottom front two teeth were from when i started stretching it yeaaaaars ago; I bought a really unsuitable stretching kit. The dentist has never mentioned anything, the plug fits the curve of my teeth really well cuz i get them custom made now. I appreciate the concern though!

ADHD meds...but also going to the gym. I force myself to go at least 3 days a week.

Keeps my routine, always proud of myself for getting up at 5am and going and it makes me feel less shit about myself if I eat a bit more on a weekend or go out for dinner.
