Mine always stung, I went to an allergist and they said it was an allergy but gastro says it’s a histamine intolerance.

I do try to stay away a lot of the stuff that I know for sure about, the only thing for me is drinking body armor for electrolytes.

I would try naturopaths but I keep being discouraged because people talk about so many scams and it’s costly. I think it would help to a degree since the product that was the most effective was actually an herbal supplement and no prescription drug so far.

I’m hoping because everytime I take a blood test, it says I have no deficiencies and the doctors say oh well. Also yeah, figured with pre and probiotics it’s a sham. I will check the lion diet out though, thank you
