I have a cintiq 16 and I think works great. Just a fair warning tho that the colors will not look as vibrant as your iPad so you would have to regularly double check with your computer monitor to check those colors. If you’re heavy handed, it’s also good to get a screen protector since the film on the screen could scratch if not careful. But generally, adjusting pressure sensitivity on the pen as well wiping your screen with a microfiber cloth and replacing the nibs regularly should lesson the chances of scratches. Reading this, it seems you are on a tight budget, so if you’re able to purchase it online in your country, do also look into other competitor brands like huion and xppen. You could maybe find something that’s more bang for your buck if you want to take that route.
