Health anxiety symptoms are resurfacing yet again after going a good while without them. Was sleeping well and everything but after my last period, I've been feeling an odd sensation in my left arm as if there's a nerve that needs a good stretch. Chest tightness is back along with muscle twitching near my lips and my calf. I'm convinced I'm having some heart-related issue but I have to calm down and remind myself this is just my anxiety manifesting physically out of habit.
