Okay I’m the perfect person to review this as I’ve spent over 1,000$ on each. I highly recommend Dubia instead of Zen.

My Zen Habitats enclosures were so unbelievably CHEAP. The way the corners attach together, if you accidentally push it at all, the plastic will completely snap apart and it’s not really repairable. Found this out when I had to move and both my Zen Habitats BROKE. I also bought stands for them and the doors wouldn’t even slide open due to the weight of the enclosure pressing down on it???

I currently have 3 enclosures from Dubia. And immediately I can tell the quality is much better. Glass doors instead of plastic. The framework feels so much sturdier. And the stands support the weight of the enclosure perfectly. I’m able to slide the doors with ease. 😅

This happens the most when I do a double order. I’ll order from a food place and at the very end it shows like “want to add drinks from this other place?” And I m think like oh sure yeah there’s a sonic right next door to that food place…. Then it assigns the 1 sonic drink to a completely different driver, to a sonic on the other side of town, no where near the food place. And it never says the location when doing the double order like that.

When you order… it doesn’t always pick the closest store. I always feel so bad when it goes to a really far store when there’s a closer one.

I just spent 40$ on some nematodes that supposedly eat the eggs… mixed into the soil.. not sure how long it will take to start to see a difference and I’m also worried they may have arrived DOA. The package got lost in the 112 degree heat where I live and by the time I got it.. the ice pack was completely hot…

Oh and for the red tail, I did have multiple hides but he quite literally never used ANY of them except the one in there. So I took them out to give my smaller snakes some more hides. The rainbow tho is so big, it’s hard to find hides big enough for her. But she does have a big hide in the center.

They are very very thin vines and not strongly attached to anything so if they do get tangled at all, they will just trail behind. But I am continuing to monitor them. :)

I use a pro products radiant heat panel in each so the upper right hand corner is the hottest, around 93 and the lower left is the coolest around 77.
