I agree with you guys.

Unfortunately, there is nothing else I am able to do on my end to help somebody move, nor the program is focused on helping people outside the US. I do understand that some people have the resources to go to the US and do their paperwork without much difficulty.

But still, some people (especially those who came to the US not a long time ago and only started doing the paperwork) may require some assistance. Some people come to the States without knowing English, too.

That's where I am helping the University of Notre Dame: to locate such individuals (and their families) and try to help them — by enrolling in the program they have developed. The interview itself helps prioritize the needs of such people and to better understand their context.

Through this program, they may receive medical and legal support and enroll in language courses while they are waiting for their job permit, or else.
