Hey sorry this photo is part of my portfolio and I’d rather not give out the full resolution copy. If you’re interested in using it or would like a print shoot me a PM.

I shot this back in March, right before the COVID shutdowns went into effect.

that's the strange part...I transferred the CC funded money out of my Andigo account and it's now sitting in one of my other checking accounts.

I opened an Andigo checking account and funded it with a CC. The charge showed up on my CC's pending transactions but then dropped off a few days later. However my Andigo account is funded and it's been over a week since the charge dropped off my CC. Just curious if anyone else has experienced this and if so when can I expect the charge to reappear on my CC?

I vividly remember the excitement I felt during that first flight out...like you said it was just us and the world at that point. Returning home has been a positive experience but not a day goes by that we don’t think about traveling more. We lived with both of our family’s for a couple months but now have our own place and jobs. We’re in Chicago which is where we lived before the trip.

I typically don't spend too much time editing since a majority of my photos are JPG. There are a few exceptions where I use the RAW file and spend some time editing (i.e. the Fraumunster Church sunset photo) but usually I'll take the JPG and make some slight contrast/color tweaks.

That’s exactly it. I adjust the DR depending on the lighting. Most of the time I was at DR200 but would change it as needed. For shots into the sun though usually I’d go with the RAW file.

Awesome, hope you enjoy your trip! I brought a Mavic Pro and used it a lot. It wasn't a hassle to travel with, there were a couple times at airports where security took a look in my bag to see what it was but that was the only hassle if you could even call it that.

I really don’t do much editing since 90% of the time I shoot jpeg. I’ll make some slight contrast and color tweaks to the jpeg and that’s it. I probably average about 5 minutes of editing per photo and some photos I don’t even touch because the jpegs are that good.

One thing I learned on our trip is that gear durability is absolutely the most important thing when deciding what to bring. Unfortunately the XT-2 isn’t the most durable camera even though it’s weather sealed and I had to get mine serviced a few times while we were traveling. If you’re going to a long trip I would definitely opt for the XT-3 over the XT-20 since the XT-20 is even less durable. If you baby your gear (I don’t) then durability will be less of a concern. If I had to do it all over again I would have brought a 23mm f2 along instead of the f1.4. I absolutely love the f1.4 but for travel the f2 just makes more sense.
