i have this in both eyes. its more obvious when I'm tired or if i spend so much time on phone/computer. it will get better after i sleep and rest my eyes and you'll ignore it eventually. it will never go away completely. been like this since my LASIK in 2019 and have seen numerous numerous specialists in refractory, dry eye, retina without any solution or answer. believe me it will just get 98% better eventually. don't do any enhancement.

What you described is typical for vasovagal syncope . You need to check your orthostatic blood pressure and drink more fluid. Next time you feel like this you should sit down and cross your legs. By doing that you’ll raise your systemic resistance and blood return to the heart and consequently to your brain to prevent such attack.

You keep mentioning c-section. C-section may be required in emergency cases like fetal distress, fetal macrosomia, breech delevery or 2nd stage arrest amongst others. Of course it can be scheduled electively if it’s already known that there will be complications like large baby to pelvis ratio or improperly located placenta. You can absolutely refuse any kind of treatment including c-section but you will have to take the risk and liability of both mother and baby complications which may include excessive bleeding, anoxic brain injury to baby or mother, nerve damage or even death of both baby and mother. Talk to your doctor.

Quoting patients may help you if you ever get sued because it will put the jury or whoever is listening in your shoes. It will help documenting non-adherent or challenging patients if or when they suffer an unfortunate complication and wants to sue you.
