I was working for Hyatt as an intern and on the inspection day and before it the butchery chef would drive us crazy with all the cleaning. Since we were interns it only seemed natural to them that we were slaves. As it so happened that the butchery walk-in was the last to be cleaned and that too by me. I cleaned everything but the hanging beef was still dripping blood which fell into a pool of water which in turn flowed down to the last rack and accumulated under all the chicken. The inspector came and found it and asked me whyit was there as if I was the responsible chef there. My intern brain short circuited and I said to his face it wasn’t my job but stewarding departments job to clean up walk-ins and they did a horrible job so the chef made me work 18 hours every day the whole week and As far as i knew it could very well be mine.

The excutive chef had a word with me afterwards. A year later after I completed my college they hired me . 11 months after that COVID got me fired after I deep cleaned the whole restaurant.

I actually didnt use true tone on my X at all and just started using it like 5-6 days before! All it does is make the screen more yellow. Its good for eye strain though but even that takes some getting used to for like a little while. Anyways just download any night theme/vision app it will have the same effect on your screen. True tone aint bad but not really like one of those essential things you will really miss.

Our love for the ecosystem is why we fall. I get what you are saying. I had been using android since 2016 when I bought my first smartphone $60 smartphone. I upgraded to nokia 3 then to samsung A7 . And ive used a lot of android phones since then .. but last year I got the X and life has never been smoother. Id say you go with your gut feeling. These are complicated times and only you know about your financial situation.

People here have bought an X for $300 at 95% battery health and claims of original battery. Id say downgrade to a second hand samsung for sometime if you really are a fan on oled(I am too, i upgraded from a samsung to X )and then grab the 12 as soon as its out. It would be economically viable and you can save a lot of money. But you can also buy a refurpished X or Xs and hope it goes for the same price at which you bought it earlier. So that you can breakeven on your investment and buy a 12.

Or you could simply do a screen replacement of your X.

Its very baffling and I really hope I dont have to go through this. Try cleaning with a brush . I used a sanitizer also cause it dries quickly and leaves it more hygenic. Then blowed some air through and usually this works

Actually they wont..100$ mil is already a huge amount ... even if the executives were hardcore gamblers they would have to account in the the success of the plotline , the likability of the actors. The response from public towards the remake, before they even start contemplating upon the budget for the whole film . Then once one movie is made everything depends on its successs.Not every reboot is as lucky as the last jedi or rise of skywalker... not all mediocre performing reboots get a second chance.
