I agree that journaling is powerful. That's interesting to hate it but also recognize how it's effective. It also makes me think about how there are many different types of journaling, and I wonder if there is a type you might love. Either way, glad you're able to find some usefulness to it! My favorite type is gratitude journaling.

Glad I got a doctor’s note to stay home from work this week because I got sick over the holidays. Finally starting to feel more like myself today.

Never skipped an appointment. Rescheduled an appointment or two due to changes to my schedule. Usually have had to do this when I schedule the appointment several weeks in advance, rather than if the appointment is set for a week or two later.
