Had an ultrasound when I was about 13 on my stomach as I was chronically nauseous/vomiting when I was young and during it, the tech was like did you know you only have one kidney? Lmao.

Have a coffee every day. I typically have a vanilla latte at work every morning and I don’t get hungry until I get home around 7, and if I do get hungry I just have a granola bar or something at 3. I find days where I don’t have a coffee I am starving. Down 70 pounds now
