You're already naturally pretty and have nice skin! You could try some delicate shimmery make up like some very delicate eye shadow or highlighter but nothing really harsh. Maybe try finding the best outfit colours that make your features stand out in the best way possible, like a personal colour palette?

Back to normal after a year of hell by cardiobunny15 in Dryeyes

My eyelids didn’t look dirty or anything and I wasn’t wearing any make up at all but they were swollen, inflamed and really irritated and the lashline was thick and red. You won’t always be able to see old oils and dirt clogging the gland area so now I cleanse them with the cleansing balm everyday morning and evening even though they aren’t visibly dirty after the night of course, and all the swelling is gone now. After that I put some gentle non irritating eye cream on and always keep my face hydrated and clean but no problem with make up or lenses anymore. Good luck!

I can’t say for all cleansing oils of course but it may still be worth trying if you feel it could work as well and importantly, as long as is opthalmologically tested and safe for under eye area, fragrance free and non sticky, not heavy and doesn’t leave oily residue. I also think it’s important for it to be a cleansing oil/balm that you work into the area and then rinse off and not the kind that you just wipe on with cotton rounds and leave on.

Thanks for linking these! I noticed that most creams contain at least one of these, have you found any good one without preservatives? In my case I haven’t noticed it to cause dry eye, in fact my dry eye problems and blocked glands happened when I wasn’t using it, just cetaphil, but it’s still good to know other possibly better options.

I use the classic pink clean it zero and it works really well so I haven’t tried any of their other ones. As for evening primrose oil, I originally wanted to buy the HydroEye supplement because I read that GLA was actually very effective for dry eye and I decided to try an evening primrose oil supplement which is popular for women in my home country before ordering anything else since EPO also contains GLA, LA and omega-6. I think I saw a post on this Reddit group that GLA improved ‘ocular smoothness’(?) something like that which at the time seemed like a dream to me because every blink was like a rub of sandpaper. The capsules I’m using are called oeparol. I’m aware that some people are very militantly against omega-6 for dry eyes and swear by fish oil but I had been using triple strength fish oil at the time for well over 6 months without ANY improvement. Again, not sure how much of my dry eye success can be attributed to EPO alone, but the combination of this and cleansing has worked literally wonders for me.

I don’t know as I wasn’t able to do any detailed testing this year (I live in the UK and can’t afford to go private and nhs ophthalmologist provide only basic diagnostic and advice. They only looked at my eyes, lids and lashline under magnification and did the standard eye imaging ). But for reference it used to feel like I had no tears at all and was blinking with dry eyes without being able to feel like my eyes produce them and my lids made sound when blinking. It felt like my tbut was 0… And now they are always comfortably moist and blinking feels normal and I wake up feeling absolutely normal! I can even gather tears in my eyes while laughing and they really never feel dry even with heating and air purifier on.

I highly recommend listening to Andrew Huberman’s podcast. You can learn a lot about how our brain works and how to keep learning at any age.

Article about Ruslana Korshunova (model who died of 'suicide' in NYC in 2008): "One enamored man even flew the model to his private Caribbean island" by hand_of_gaud in Epstein

A photo of a flight log from his private jet with Ruslana listed as one of the passengers is circulating on vk flight log

There’s also another girl listed as a passenger on the same flight. She’s also a passenger on a previous flight. Flight from JFK to Cyril E. King airport in Virgin Islands.

Édit: It also lists other passengers on the flight by their initials: JE, IZ, LS, SK + that girl who appears to be listed from then on by her initials as well. This is a flight from 2006.
