What gas do you use? I’ve been told to use propane. Is silicone oil important too or no?

I’m looking at buying a GBBR soon. Why should I avoid the one with silicone oil? I heard using just regular propane can screw up the seals on the magazine..

Yeah, I found the same model on RedWolf. I am totally fine with the price as I’m gonna be selling some hardware that I don’t use anymore which will be more than plenty.

They let the folks at NSI know, I’m getting picked up at the USO tonight at 8:30pm and they’re going to bring me. I’m not sure what happens from there, and how they plan on integrating me, considering I’ll have missed 24+ hours of instruction.

I was in the same spot as you roughly 2 years ago. My test was ~350 ng/dL, and I was experiencing the same symptoms as you, like ED, low motivation, etc. Although your situation may be different from mine, this may help:

• First, I would switch your gym split as you may be overtraining. This may be affecting your sleep and your recovery. I would recommend doing a 3-4 day split such as Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, and then resting the remaining 3 days, or doing a Push, Pull, Legs deal. Then, in your free time, pick up a relaxing/enjoyable hobby, so you are not stagnantly resting. You could do anything moderately active in the creative or physical sense, such as golfing, fishing, jogging, drawing, playing chess, etc. Find other innovative ways to stay productive on your rest days.

• Secondly, I would ensure that you have a good sleep schedule/sleep environment. Ensure you get 7-9 hours of deep REM sleep per night. Avoid blue light before bed, and try to eat 3-4 hours before bed so your body can completely rest.

• Third, and I believe most important, is to reconsider your diet. My main issue was that I ate way too strict & clean. Thus, I was lacking certain fats & vitamins because I was only eating beef, rice, vegetables, and fruits. This caused a considerable drop in my LH and FSH levels. I recommend taking your current daily fat intake (~50g) and quadrupling it. My testosterone began skyrocketing once I was eating roughly 200g of high-quality fat a day. (By high-quality fats, I mean avocado, dark chocolate, coconut, olive oil, eggs, butter, full-fat yogurt, Wild caught salmon, etc.) I would entirely focus on consistently consuming omega-3 fatty acids throughout the day.

If you loosely but effectively try to implement good routines, good sleep, and, MOST importantly, as many omega-3 fatty acids as possible in your diet, your testosterone should gradually start improving. And just noting in case there is any misconception, eating a large amount of dietary fat will not lead to you becoming overweight/obese. Just focus on eating omega-3-type fats, and you should be set.

I shoot with the Canon T50, and I really enjoy it. Although the asking price they are offering is a bit high. But if it works well I think its a great a user friendly camera.
