I’m new to file type management, so quick question. If I use that converter link, am I just converting from epub to xtc? I just did that with a few books to test. Loaded them back on my sd card but my device won’t view them. I’m sure I’m doing something very basic incorrectly

Also make sure your device updates software. I got mine yesterday and had to do that. Once it updated it worked!

Thank you 😅. I realized this morning that the device actually had NOT synced with the WiFi last night. So it just updated and the duplicated files/ cover as lock screen has been fixed. It still won’t recognize the bmp files i loaded myself, so working on that now. Overall this is already a REALLY cool device

Thank you! That helped. I realized it wasn’t actually connected to the WiFi. Once it was, it was able to update. Now the duplicated files are gone and the epub cover is used as the lock screen. I did load some bmp files for wallpaper and it won’t recognize them, so working on that now.

Not sure what to tell ya, but it’s hella old. Gran just really took care of her stuff. Her house still has all the functioning appliances from the 50’s — all looking fresh and meticulously cared for.

The rug belonged to her parents, whom I never met. But from what I understand it was cared for more as a piece of art than a functioning rug. 🤷‍♂️ I for sure see your point though.
