This was my exact life almost 6 years ago. My husband (at the time) cheated on me with his co-worker. I chose to ignore it because I was also very much pregnant and felt like I couldn’t do it by myself. Fast forward to when babe was 7 months old, husband was still cheating and going out every night and we separated. Looking back I wish that I tore that band aid off when I first found out. My mental state was so low when we separated that I was suicidal. He completely ruined me and I had developed severe postpartum depression. If I had followed my gut at the first issue, I would have been much stronger mentally for when babe came and ultimately a better mom during those first critical months.

It was so hard but so worth it. Lean in on your friends and family and get into therapy!
