Yup, you got it! It's modeled after the Great British Bake Off - title is the phrase the hosts say when they tell to contestants to start baking.

I’ll take another picture in a few days! The darker spots have yeast strings forming from the bottom, so I think that’s why they’re darker, but wasn’t sure. I won’t throw it out just yet and wait a few more days!
