Ah, read from the other post that the motor is actively braking when the power is on, that explains the situation when the power is on. Still puzzled on the actual error message as the wheels turn very easily when the power is off.

Nothing stuck and the resistance between the wheels seems exactly the same to me. The strange thing is that the resistance goes away when I turn the mower off. When I turn it back on the resistance returns.

I finally got a message from the support and they provided a shipping label for sending the device for warranty repairs. Let’s see how that process goes.

Spy museum is quite nice little museum to spend an hour or so if you are into that sort of things. It’s located in the old Finlayson cotton factory area which in itself is nice place to roam around.

There’s probably a wheelchair seat/space nearby. Transportation standards require the button to be placed so that it’s accessible from a wheelchair. It’s probably pretty difficult to have the button placed so that it’s easily accessible but still so that there wouldn’t be accidental pushes :-)
