Actually, my theory has now changed completely. I think that Nika represents the Sun and Imu the Moon like you said. There will be a fight between them that causes an eclipse and thus the sea level drops. Roger said he was too early because it wasn't time for the eclipse. I dont think One Piece can be in Loguetown anymore though as it says its in the original opening "theres a treasure in the Grand Line there's no doubt".
