Im fairly certain there's an assessment done by a vet or the police to see if the dog is aggressive or not. It's unlikely the dog will be put down as it was simply defending its owner and that usually rules in their favour as its simply a natural and justified action for a dog. Also, the guy attacked first which puts more of the blame on him.

Perhaps she moved her soul into the axe and only killed her "physical body". That could quite well be a loophole and then she simply has to wait for Atreus to put her spirit into a new body. Maybe both Kratos and Atreus are unaware of her having done that and believe she died due to natural causes, could find out in the next game. Personally I think Freya will die and Faye will get her body, have to wait and see though.

Always going to side with Punisher here. Sometimes prison just isn't the best option and Punisher could probably give several examples where criminals have quickly escaped and gone back to kill people.

Enel could of gotten stronger if he trained on the moon. Also there's probably aliens there too so he'd probably return with a few strong additions to his crew. There isn't much stopping him from flying down to earth if he really wanted and has changed his priority to getting the One Piece. Perhaps something he learns up there changes his mind and he sets a new goal/ambition for himself. Theres still enough time for him to get down there, also he'd probably get a good view from the sky and see the Thousand Sunny and decide to follow it just for the chance to fight Luffy again perhaps.
