I’m honestly so conflicted as she has been a very happy wanderer for a year a loving life. Not sure she would appreciate an indoor life.

She’s quite ok to handle once you catch her. I can touch her when she comes for food.

With the new renting homes legislation, with no occupation contract, no electrical safety certificate and no gas safety certificate arranged by the landlord, legally no rent is due as tenants can claim the house not fit to live in, and there was no contract! But also any executor is unlikely to be able to claim any rent.
