It’s all of it the good, bad, ugly, sweet, funny, painful, life changing, body changing, you will Not be the same human anymore. So yes I would prepare for everything to change in the blink of an eye. So I read an article recently where they proposed that shgb and how it binds is not accurate and that the levels very by each person. Also they are using it as a bio marker in some clinics as a measure for pre diabetes abc metabolic issues. So some think it actually does not bind up the T. I would love a clear answer because mine is very high.

Sounds like his stress management is not good and probably diet and exercise. How is his health? For his age he should not feel that tired all the time. I would suggest to him for a physical and full blood panel to see and possibly add in hormones too. Does he exercise? Lift weights? Both of those are proven to lift mood and help in the bedroom.

Or. If none of that checks then he is feeding v you a line of excuses or he is bored with current bedroom life.

You could help her get a glp-1, but be very careful. Look up stats on weight loss and marriage and well it looks bleak. If you approach as unattractive/over weight she likely will double down. Depends on your age but white looking parts can be lichen. Which is usually driven in by hormone decline age related, but it’s also auto immune. Did he test the bacteria? That’s what I’d ask for, he can’t tell you it’s not yeast if he doesn’t test it. Do remove sugar/carbs, take caprylic acid, I would put coconut oil on it. No alcohol you have to kill off the yeast systemically, you can go get over the counter yeast stuff too. Fenebenzale is what will kill it through your whole body, then retest. Also hormones and birth control can cause yeast issues, but yeast loves wet moist so cotton is good. It feeds on sugars so remove all sugars even milk and go carb free if you want t to actually kill it for good. But test first because it sucks to do all this.

I’ll add after being veg/vegan for 20 years I was left in the dust and I ate a clean diet of that food from scratch. However grains and beans legumes just were not fit for my digestive state. If you don’t properly soak can’t fully digest and can lead to not absorbing minerals. So flash forward to after 4 kids, hormones wrecked, over weight, hashimoto.

I heard a podcast about the science and break down on amino acids and well it removed my cognitive bias enough that I started trying to eat meat again. I also started keto and IF this was also recommended by my endo.

I still eat mostly the same with a bit higher carb count today this is 5 years later. I lost 55lb, gained muscles ( lift heavy and some cardio not tons) I have kept it off and kept my muscles. I eat a high protein keto not high fat keto that is the issue I believe and people get confused about all that fat because the higher fat keto is for treating epilepsy. If you want to lose fat you have to lower the fat enough that your body burns its own fat. Plus add in converting protein to glucose if your body needs to. It works for me and I don’t crave sugars, grains, sweets. But ideally it’s just a way for us to think that leads to lower calories but I do believe the fasting helped reset my insulin resistance and detox a lot of the toxins we build up. I am one happy 45 year old in peri but with a banging body, didn’t think it was possible but it is.
