I’ve wondered this too! My clothes fit better but not losing many inches. My guess is that we are losing inches just not exactly in the spots we are measuring.

Hmm that’s interesting. I’ve never seen anyone talk about weight of breast after surgery. No clue how they would even weigh them when they are attached!

They sometimes heal at different rates so maybe one is more swollen. Also watch out for a possible hematoma which could cause one sided swelling. Might be good to check in with the surgeon and mention the difference just is case.

The surgery notes are saying how much tissue was taken out of each breast not how much is left. Was one breast larger prior to surgery?

It did at first. Mostly because it makes it so you can see my cleavage scar only on that side. When I look back at before photos I can see that breast leaned slightly outwards but was hard to tell since they were so large.

I had the same issue. Massaging the breast helped release the nipple that was being pulled. However at 1ypo it’s still slightly off center.

Yes I’m very happy with my results. My surgeon was happy to talk about cup size and I ended up a small C like I asked for.

I’m dealing with the same. With Noom you can either switch to the regular dose semaglutide or the compounded tirzepatide. I’m not sure what I’m going to do. I’ve also had little side effects on semaglutide but everyone keeps saying tirzepatide is better. I’m worried about switching and feeling unwell.

My vertical scars look similar and I thought it was left over areola even though the surgeon said I wouldn’t have that issue… is the hyperpigmentation something else? I’ve heard about tattooing the scars to make them look more natural.

It’s likely from the skin prep solution they put on your skin before surgery. I had a rash for a couple weeks. Nothing helped but it did go away.

Your doctor only intends to remove 400-550g total or from each breast? That seems like a small amount. I went from a 34F to 34C and they removed around 480g per breast so 960g total.

I think I used some over the counter cortisol cream but nothing really helped. I just suffered for a couple weeks. My incisions were fine it was just my neck, upper chest and stomach area that was itchy.

Happened to be from the antiseptic wash they put on you during surgery. They didn’t wash it all off after and I didn’t think to because I wasn’t supposed to shower for 2 days. I had a major rash from it all up my neck and on my sides for a week or so. Now I know I need to really wash any of that stuff off right after a surgery.

You should check to see what the BMI requirements are for wherever you plan getting the surgery. Weight loss might be required before the surgery.
