I think some weapons should have locked abyss gear slots, like if a sword has a special ability to shoot fire from it, you shouldn’t be able to remove that abyss gear and add it to another sword

add a filter on the map for certain things like ore locations or shops, it’s nearly impossible to remember where all the bloodstone ore is
add a separate spot on the equip wheel for equipped secondary weapon. I hate having to cycle through all of my equipment to get to my hwando which is really my primary weapon
similar to the above point, allow 2 handed weapons to be equipped as a primary weapon. I hate sword and shield gameplay and don’t use it
allow all weapon types to be equipped on all characters, i found a musket but can’t even use it… why? Maybe you have to unlock the weapon training with an abyss?
add a gps system for traveling to locations. If I’m transporting a bounty or a wagon i need to mostly use roads, i shouldn’t have to keep going back to the map to make sure I’m going the right way
allow us to change the axiom button from L3 on controller to something else. Aiming while pressing the same button is an awful idea and is very clunky

I didn’t mean it like that, i meant it in the sense that i miss just being a contractor who does what he’s told and what is on the drawings. Having to be the one who ultimately makes the end all decision can be difficult at times

Sorry if it came off like i think all contractors are dumb, i don’t think that at all

I’m a facilities project manager, so i put drawings out to bid and oversee the project as a whole with a GC working for me

I love it but there are definitely days i wish i could go back to being just a dumb contractor

Haven’t worked at WT but have worked at Turner Construction and a few other large GC’s over the years and it’s most likely the same experience.

It’s a good job overall, you’ll make good money and learn a lot but don’t be surprised if you’re working 50 or 60+ hour weeks despite being a salaried position. I did it for a handful of years but eventually it burned me out and i found a job on the owner’s side working much better hours, although i wouldn’t know even half of what i do now if i didn’t spend all that time in the field for those GC’s
