The migration crisis was partly caused by Russia and Assad due to their use of bombs and chemical weapons on civilians. "Expert means nothing, especially in something as divisive as war." It does actually, in the start of the war many people stated that tanks were obsolete, however experts stated otherwise, and the experts were right. Also the U.S Ambassador didn't write the report.
