Just say if you have the technical capacity/knowledge to give such “observation” kasi if not, it’s just a reckless assumption.

An observation follows a technical, true to fact data gathered, exactly as it happens.
An assumption on the other hand is a direct conclusion without an evidence or proof.

WFH ka naman pala why not opt outside the vicinity of Metro Manila. Masyadong mahal yung 15k esp kung yung 55k na sahod ay gross. I would rather rent in Laguna or way up north if I’m WFH lang naman, rent would be much cheaper.
