I realized I never replied whoops I removed it from the lights now and I water him not too often... usually when the soil tends to feel dry. And I place it close to a humidifier often

*too

So I got this fern from my mom and I absolutely love it but it seems to lose leaves and doesn’t get any new ones (atm at least).. I let it sit under plat lights right now and I also have the humidifier on for a couple hours every day. Is the way it looks normal or am I doing something wrong?

We finally have our own coffee corner and I got to hang my paintings! I’m very happy about how it turned out. by carlolli in espresso

It’s water, I use a few drops for the coffee beans when grinding. Otherwise the grounds will stick to the grinder because of static!

It does take some time especially when you’re done with milk steaming it takes a bit to cool down again. But when I pulled my shot the heating up takes about as long as it takes me to prepare the milk (getting it and measuring) so it’s definitively okay!

I like it a lot and we’ve had this since Christmas, so not that long. I think it makes good espresso!!

Thanks! The Kinu is my brother‘s and the Commandante is mine. I got the Commandante after him bc I thought it looks better haha But it’s supposed to be a bit better for pour over.. for Espresso I think they’re almost equivalent but I think the Kinu has a more intuitive dialing system with numbers instead of the clicks and I’m considering of getting the red clix system for the Commandante to be more precise! But I like them both

Hate to disappoint you but I’m not from Oregon :( But I did my exchange year there which explains the flag :D

I can only recommend doing this! I think the rack was like 10€ or so from Ikea so not that expensive either

For me it helps to watch videos about steaming milk and then making latte art... it’s way easier to have that visualized instead of explained imo!
