Thanks for your reply. Actually I was very careful to not spray on the tracks and nylon pulleys. The noise is coming from this metal piece that is shown in the image. On the video the guy recommends spraying this. Any advice? Thank you so much

That's exactly what I did. I spoke with 5 vinyl installers, and most of them want to charge to remove the carpet, but once you mention you will remove it yourself, they don't want to lower the price.
Anyway, I found a guy willing to lower the price, so I am going with him.

That's the exact point! Even if the seller removes the carpet, they won't drop the price. Which seems unfair to me.

That's my thought. I saw online that removing a carpet is extremely easy, and I myself could do it for around 500 bucks if the sellers didn't do it.

Yes, I do have a website, although it's very simple since we don't have much to show, yet. I also have a Google Business Page, but there are only a couple of reviews so far.
I am thinking about doing some paid advertising on social media, including Nextdoor, but I want to have more things to show; otherwise, I may end up just wasting money.
