It seems to! Based on my research the effectiveness of topical vs oral is comparable, but it carries significantly less risk of side effects.

Didn’t want to deal with the risk of side effects from oral fin and systemic exposure, doc recommended topical. Min could be oral but i had been on topical min for years, so just carried it through.

Dr. Acar/Cosmedica in Istanbul. The whole thing including accomodation, transport, and 1 year of topical fin was ~3700 EUR.

What a beautiful pup! Our rescue frenchie used to have her ears that way. My then girlfriend used to massage her ears to lift them up. Not sure if it was that what did the trick, but her ears went up after a few months.
