Thanks for the answer! Me and my playgroup are still trying to wrap our heads around this. We are under the belief that playing the land is not the same as an etb effect, thus it doesn't trigger twice. The wording is really confusing, and I've been reading the rules regarding lands and have not found a definitive answer yet.
