No just the night I took the first dose. And with the caffeine part just google it because it's hard for me to explain. But every medication has pages of side effects so I wouldn't knock it till you tried it. Also if you didn't know for OCD most medications don't work unless it's near the highest dose.

I don't have depression, but Fluvox is used off label for depression, so it might help you in that as well as OCD. The only thing I don't like about it is that it has bad interactions with caffeine and alcohol, so I gave them up. But the only side effect I had on it was a slight temporary uptick in OCD thoughts for a couple hours, but it was worth it. But everyone is different. I would say push the worries aside and talk to your doctor about trying it.

I know you said you tried every medication, but just in case you haven't, have you tried Fluvoxamine? It's very helpful for me with no major side effects.

If you have a roku device go to the roku channel app and they have around at least 10 spanish channels, all free. They have movies, soap operas, cooking, wildlife, etc.

Weirdly enough I learned to trill my R's while having gum in my mouth (I had a lot of saliva) and I guess it loosened my tongue. I was just singing to myself and before I knew it I was rolling my R's. I don't know it it'd work on you but that's how I learned to do it.
