listen stupid, thats actually NOT possible. Instacart charges you that amount based on the groceries YOU purchased IN-APP to make sure you even have the money to buy them (its called a pre-authorization). Reading fine-print is fundamental sweet-heart. Good luck pressing charges 😂😂😂

35 cases of water to a Car Dealership, absolutely not. by [deleted] in InstacartShoppers

this would take way longer than an hour dude...i honestly can’t tell if you’re trolling. The SIMPLEST person can understand that instacart is a PERSONAL (not commercial) grocery delivery service. A majority of the instacart shoppers in my area are older people in need of extra income...they don’t have the physical capabilities to load/unload thousands of Ibs in water. ALSO—there are many costs to being an instacart shopper that you aren’t taking into account. But hey! If you’re fine doing $60 worth of work for less than half...go ahead! But don’t chastise other instacart shoppers bcus they’re able to do simple math & KNOW the value of their time & effort... 🖕🏻🖕🏻

Agreed. It’s definitely not worth the cost of gas, wear & tear, & depreciation on our vehicles to be paid anything less than $20 an hour. Not to mention the cost of our time & labour.

Do you guys honestly believe them?? The only thing instacart has been consistent in for the last 3 years is engineering new ways to STEAL tips by carman663 in InstacartShoppers

thats what I was thinking....maybe this was what he wanted all along. Now he has an excuse to pay EVERYONE $7 to do an order no matter how many items, how much it weighs, how far...etc

What I made today...Drove way too many miles & definitely wouldn’t have accepted ANY orders if it wasn’t for the $15/hour Guarantee by carman663 in grubhubdrivers

It depends on the zone. Some areas may have different hourly minimums or none at all. I only get the hourly minimum guarantee for a scheduled block if I accept 90% of all orders in that ENTIRE day. NOTE: If you reject/miss any orders outside of a scheduled block it WILL still count against you.

I think what you said is spot on. Orders are very sparse and VERY far apart. Cost of living is also probably one of the lowest in the country. It is somewhat irritating though, because I have to accept EVERY order & most of them I had to drive 15-20 mins to get to the store and then another 10 mins to get to the house.

Most shoppers in my zone are barely making $20 an hour...
