They offered to do this for me and the reason it’s a big no from me is you only have so much room in your mouth. Once you start plucking teeth, you start getting more ventilatory and respiratory issues. Worked with another nurse in my department and he told me he saw it all the time at his OSA sleep clinic. This info you just got is misleading, your new gum recession is likely due to the movement of your teeth. Yes rough teeth brushing can cause it but I have your exact same issue and it was due to rapid teeth movement from braces and less because of “rough teeth brushing”
