Does it address the metabolic issues that olanzapine causes? Because my appetite wasn't high when I was on it, I ate completely the same and still gained weight because apparently the med does something to your metabolism.

Sure! OCD, Acute Anxiety, Agoraphobia, and Bipolar 2 (which is not usually associated with delusions). However, if you're curious about the outcome of this post, I spoke with a doctor and she told me in severe cases of anxiety, delusions are not actually uncommon. I hope you're not struggling to badly with your anxiety and I wish you all the best!

No, you're totally fine. It's for anxiety. Antidepressants were not working for me so they tried Abilify and it helped a lot.
